The cover for the battery in the keyboard didn't fit properly. I asked for a replacement and was sent another keyboard but that had the same issue. I decided to keep it because I needed a keyboard and didn't have the time to ask for another replacement. I managed to fit the cover in, but it's a bit off, and I expected much better from HP, for this price.The mouse worked fine for a while, but the scroll button has been acting up for the past few weeks. It keeps scrolling up first before scrolling down. Perhaps it's some issue in my settings. I haven't checked yet, but I doubt that is the issue, because it worked fine initially.Overall, my purposes are being served, but with a bit of annoyance. So 3 stars.

I have received an old product, you can also check the images uploaded1. Mouse with scratches and no USB in it2. Keyboard with dust (back side) and no USB3. Usually keyboard and the mouse should be wrapped and packed, It was just in the box.

I use it for my office work and Design making it works great not knowing about gaming but the response time is great compared to blue tooth wireless product, as it is wifi it works great. Keybord keys are comfortable. Wifi dongle comes in Mouse Battery Case so stay cool.

Value for money

Value for money, keyboard keys feels amazing while typing does not make much noise like other keyboards and mouse works smoothly. No complaints at all. Also, mouse has a compartment to place the receiver so it doesn’t get lost. Lastly, mouse turns off itself after 8 minutes to save battery. You can wake the mouse by just a click. Overall it's worth of the money you are paying.

Despite seeing a lot of negative comments I bought this product as having good faith in so called HP brand but thanks for proving me wrong, within a few weeks mouse scroll is working weirdly like hell scrolling up it goes down and then scrolling down it goes up. So, I will recommend a big no from my experience please save your money and chose some other brand or at least other product not this one.

I have used it for 2 months. In one month it worked perfectly fine. But after that first mouse is stopped working then now keyboard. Being the wireless devices there connectivity is not proper. Intermittent connection of these devices is quite irritating. My suggestion Don't buy this item.
