Q: Mine won't connect to my very strong wifi, despite the input of correct password details and so on. am i doing something wrong or is this faulty?

You probably need to go into your router settings and TEMPORARILY disable the 5Ghz wavelength, connect the camera/s then just 're-enable the 5Ghz wavelength again and all should be well. Done this for my sister's system and works fine. Works on smarthome stuff like Smartlife/Alexa lights and sockets etc. Lots of info on YouTube/Internet on how to get into your router settings (not hard).

Definitely! I have it on my iPhone, and iPad as does my wife on her devices. It doesn't discriminate.
