I'm a beginner.
It's a handle...i couldn't get it to look anything like the picture and its quite ugly but otherwise good. I'm a beginner knife maker so perhaps user error. It was delivered in a timely manner and appears to be quality material its just ugly and not like the picture in my opinion but I used one peice cut in half for a smaller push dagger. I really feel like I got the wrong product because it's just awfull turd looking circles going down the center of my knife like Mr. Hanky
