I would say around 40-50lbs. Straps are good but nothing to rave about

I want it but I read that the color isn't tan or coyote, is green or tan?

Mine is most definitely tan, coyote, earth whatever you wish to call it. A bit darker than some "coyote" items I have but certainly not green.

Is the pouch on the front of the bag with the flag removable?

The pouch is not removable the flag is velcroed on and can be removed if you want to replace it with a brighter version of the flag
