The label on the top of box shows "truetrack" that is different from "truetest" on the old box i bought on 11/24/2016. are those 2 same?

No, don't do what I did and buy them only to find they are something different. They quit making Truetest. You now have to buy a true track tester which supposedly is new and improved but it seems to have numbers that vary from day to day. see here: http://www.trividiahealth.com/our_products/ts_true_test.aspx I recommend a whole new manufacturer.
