Love the fabric, comfort, and durability! The horizontal fly is far superior to the vertical fly! I've been using Terramar for some years and will never go back to the vertical fly and retro material!

In this style, these are the best. Shop for no other than these. love the feel, fit, softness, and toughness these have. One thing that sets them apart from others is the large waistband. I wear a 36 in jeans and I usually order the medium, as I like them a little snug. They have great stretch, so don't be afraid to order a smidgeon on the smaller size. Order you a pair and you will order more and throw your other undies away!

When they came in the mail and I saw the horizontal opening I have to admit I was very confused. If you subtract out the time I spent in diapers and my hippie years when I went without.. I've been wearing underwear for 65 years. I have never seen a pair of underwear with a horizontal slit rather than a vertical one so.. yeah I was confused. I asked my wife... what it this for... I'll have to leave her response to your imagination but it wasn't "... to go to the bathroom!". I literally had to try them on and put on a pair of pants before I realized that yes, that's what it's for and YES IT ACTUALLY WORKS BETTER. I'm not saying that there aren't thousands of brands out there that have this feature but this is the first time in 65 years that I've seen one.I've worn Terramar before and I was confident of the brand but not this particular style. They are great!! They have an extremely smooth feeling, have very good support, have a true fit and (this is really important) they don't ride up. So even without the extraordinary horizontal slit they are a winner but with that feature ... they become revolutionary.Here is why... When you unzip and reach in you are immediately where you need to be.. no one millisecond is spent fumbling around. The natural motion of your hand is down and BAM.. you're there. Also because the structure is horizontal it doesn't affect the pouch. I had 2 types of underwear, one with a continuous pouch and no slit and one with a vertical slit with no continuous pouch!NOW.. I have one with an ingenious horizontal slit that also has a continuous pouch. At first glance it may not be obvious that this actually works, as I said I had to try it before I believed it, but for it works amazingly well.Why didn't someone think of this before????

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I was so happy to find these on Amazon. Several years ago I found them at Walmart and they became my favorite. These are the only underwear I wear now. SUPER comfortable, soft, supportive. I don't even know I'm wearing them. Gentelmen...if you like boxer briefs, I don't think you can go wrong with these.

Have loved Silk Skins ever since I bought my first pair at Walmart way back when. I was disappointed when they stopped carrying them, and carefully guarded the ones I had. They are comfortable, keep things dry, and durable. I was really pleased to find them again on Amazon, and at a reasonable price.One thing to note is that the fly on these is horizontal, not vertical. Can take a little getting used to.Definitely great underwear at a reasonable price.

These Silkskins are the most comfortable, breathable and convenient men's underwear that I have ever worn. I really like the wide elastic waist band that keeps them in place as well as the very easy access to the pouch when I am in a hurry to get the job done in a rush.

Purchased these to replace my original Silkskins. Which i wore to death. I was a bit reluctant to order these as I loved the original style.I'm not sure if the originals have been discontinued or updated to this style.But this brand are amazingly comfortable.Tried different brands like Danish endurance and innersy. But they fall short of the bench mark set by terramar. You have to search long and hard to find a product as comfortable as these.The forementioned brands seem to be just shy of the mark.You really can't go wrong with this brand.This new style are super comfy. Whether they're as durable as originals, remains to be seen.Having purchased other brands that came up short ( pardon the pun )I thought I'd try this version.Will definitely be buying more..
