Helped with Plantar Factitious!
I bought three of these heel cushions to help with my planter factitious to go in all my shoes. The cushions have helped with my plantar factitious especially because I stand all day at work. I am a school teacher and when I come home from work I do not feel like I have to sit with my feet up before doing anything else. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the last pair that was sent to me was two rights until a few weeks after wearing them. So, before you place them in your shoes make sure that they are the correct sides.
