I had ordered this product and no sound was coming from the speakers and I had given the minimum supply voltage(12v).Then I placed a return and recieved the new product but this time the board was not even turning on.I am very disappointed by this product

The media could not be loaded. It is very good but there is one problem i don't know the piece is defect or what when i am play sound on low voice then the sound run good but then I full the volume the sound should be destroy. If you have to check then I have uploaded a video
