Do I have to use steamer before I use this vacuum remover? I donnot have a steamer.

That is not necessary, I use it without any shower or steamer or blackhead derived lotion. The most important is the blackheads were sucked out and leave no bruise.

Does it charge on 110 or 220 volt?

It supports normal 5V USB charging. You can charge it with normal power bank or USB power adapter. 110V OR 220V is not directly workable . We suggest you to use a normal power adapter which can transform AC 110V~240V to DC 5V.

Does this help with pimples too? I don’t have black heads but keep getting stupid pimples in the middle of my eyebrows

Dear Customer, this blackhead remover is designed for blackheads. It also help with pimples, but I am sure there is better way to get pimples in the middle of eyebrows. If your main aim is to remove sturborn blackheads, we highly recommend it.

Dear Customers, there are two steps to clean the blackhead vacuum machine, please check this video guide: 1. Scrape the blackheads with Cotton swabs; 2. Flush the blackhead remover suction head; But it is also necessary to replace the blackhead vacuum cutton filters regularly! Please replace it when you feel the suction power gets a little weak or the cutton filter is covered with blackheads or dirty things.
