I just started making my own pizza dough. These liners are fabulous! I roll the dough out on the liner, then parbake the dough for about 10 minutes. I freeze the batch until I am ready for them. They come off the parchment very easily! Good product.

I bought these just because I wanted round liners for my pizzas I make in our outdoor wood fired brick pizza oven. I find if I put the pizza on parchment instead of right on the pan, it stays crispier longer. I think these were way overpriced for the amount I got. I probably won't buy them again, but instead just use the rectangle ones and just cut them in half.

These are a lot thinner than traditional parchment

I only use precut parchment now. Zero waste and perfect fit every time. I dont have to trim or adjust to fit my pans, because I can buy the exact fit I need.
