Very easy on the neck muscles. The only problem is some of the seams have started to come loose after minimal use.

Not much more to say other than the title; The Neck pillow is of good quality and the material is comfortable and soft. They are 100% for kids, so if you are a 20 year old thinking that you would be cool to by this for yourself, good luck, THEY ARE FOR KIDS AND SMALLER IN SIZE. The kids absolutely love them and they work great for road trips...
