REVIEW IS BASED ON 1 TIME USE as cant use iy after that. As you can see in my picture the plug literally got burnt. Luckily i noticed in time to remove it, smoke everywhere. The heating pad was damaged , my socket was damaged . Its like throwing your money down the drain . O wvwn dontacted customer care and no respose from there! So guys buy it at your own risk it might work it might not, it might burn everything it might nor ! But is it really worth the risk ? Losing money and not even getting to use it relieve the pain 🥲🥲🥲

After a long wait got this item delivered. Charged and Diwali started. Sparks, sounds, other lights in house started blinking aNd then all of a sudden charging got stopped. Thank god not thing got burnt and no big damage has happened.Not at all recommend to buy at any cost/free/ or offersThis product has been marked as #1 best sellers list. Please take it out.

I like the product the only thing is that I don't get the option to choose the colour, it was showing grey but I received it in pink colour. It is also okay, good quality, easy to use and handle. But I was expecting grey. Rest all is good. Thank you Amazon and Shayonam🙏😊
