Q: What are the CFM and dB ratings at each speed setting?

I am not sure. I returned it immediately as it was noisy and pretty much useless as a cooling device. Sorry I could not help you more.

Q: My remote is the only way to operate the fan...buttons on unit not functioning.

When I received my fan, the screws and remote were missing. Called the mfgr, and they immediately mailed me the missing parts. You might call them about your problem--hopefully, they will be as helpful to you.

Q: How does the base snap together? I think my 2 pieces are exactly the same and can't get them to mate. Did anyone else have this problem?
