Is this broken?!
Was so excited about using this but I think it’s broken. Any one else? I will return it if so but if that’s how they are made I won’t waste my time. This wasn’t cheap and none of the other letters are separated like that.

does not come with all materials
product only came with 4 black washers for the screws. had to be careful with the last 2 screws to make sure acrylic board did not break. caps just sit on top of last 2 screws, not very sturdy. cute besides this mixup
