I take this vitamin to ensure I am not deficient in certain areas. Very, very rarely get sock, I don't know whether vitamins are the reason for that or not; probably diet as well...getting rid of processed foods, grains, most starches, seed oils etc, increasing protein and healthy fats may have something to do with that.

This brand was recommended to me after my cancer treatment by the cancer clinic. I like getting it delivered. It was recommended because the clinic was confident of the vitamin content. I also needed a vitamin that didn't have iron in it.

My dad loves then he is not being eating a lot so he needed more vitamins and he is happy with the product. Value for your money

My doctor prescribed these vitamins by name. I do have to take a separate iron tablet. I'd like to see a choice of with or without iron. I also like that the tablets leave no taste behind. I'd like them to be smaller too - easier to swallow.
