Very decent product
The buds do disconnect sometimes automatically and the mic is very average but overall works fine. Been using this product for the past two years and had an issue with the product midway but the costumer service was pretty helpful and replaced the product under warranty. The case got broken a few months back but the earbuds still works. I would suggest buying a newer version though since this is pretty outdated and has a low battery life than products right now.

Expect zero warranty support if u buy this crap
The right bud stopped working after a few months of buying. Their customer service dept arranged a reverse pickup from my address. When the pickup person came, we realized that the product's outer paper box was missing. I had the original invoice with me, but their system doesn't allow a faulty under warranty product to be picked up for inspection, because the customer has lost the box. What a glorious fraud! This is the first company I've come across, who denies all responsibility for their own faulty product, because the BOX IS MISSINGš¤£ such crooks!

Excellent comfort and latency un-noticeable while gaming. Call quality is decent vety good and battery backup is headache free.
