All of my earbuds seem to slip off the speaker and get stuck in my ears. Will these come out easier?

I had the same problem so now use superglue to firmly attach the earbud covers to the speaker. This has worked well for me.

Will these work with my apple watch and my music?

These are wired headphones that plug into a headphone jack. The Apple Watch uses Bluetooth.
