This is so worth the money. I used to own a "jade" ecotools gua sha and it broke in the shower. After using this gua sha, I cant believe the difference! It has beautiful edges and its so smooth. Truly a luxury experience

I’ve bought a number of Gua shas to try out over the past few months and I am very satisfied with this one. Not sure if it’s real jade or not, but I don’t care too much either. It seems authentic enough for me. It feels cold to the touch which is what mattered to me and it stays cold longer than the others I’ve tried. It also has the perfect amount of thickness- not too thick and not too thin, so it feels like the perfect amount to glide on your face. It also glides really well and just feels luxurious overall. I also like the shape as some others might have too deep of a heart shape to use effectively or one side would be too long compared to the other, but this one is nice. I did notice some minor imperfections such as tiiiny little holes and a tiny chipped part on the flat surface that shouldn’t affect its performance. It seems normal for stone guashas to have some tiny holes that might make it less sanitary but I don’t mind cleaning it after each use. I would definitely recommend this overall even at $28. Besides the minor imperfections, it’s a quality item compared to the others I’ve tried.

The Mount Lai Black Obsidian Facial Spa Set has been a great addition to my self-care routine. The obsidian roller feels amazing and helps with relaxation, while the gua sha tool is excellent for relieving muscle tension and reducing puffiness. I gave it 4 stars because it requires consistent use to see noticeable results, and while the quality is excellent, it’s a bit pricey compared to other options. Still, it’s a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about skincare and relaxation.

I hate that i love this (the very pricey white jade stone), but i did immediately purchase a second one so that i can do both sides of my face at the same time to reduce treatment time. I bought this stone due to its unique shape, which i couldn't find anywhere else. The stone is noticeably thicker than cheaper gua sha stones, which does make a difference in how it feels on the face (less poke-y, more effective). The ribbed edge has more of a raw-stone feel to it, and the teeth are tighter together than on other stones, which allows for more grip and light exfoliation. The side with two waves is perfect for the side of the face and covers a good amount of surface area (lower face, under the cheekbone, and above the cheekbone) without being too large. The V side is a great thickness for working on edges and for more direct muscle work (jaw, under the jaw). It's not a large stone, and the marketing doesn't mention sustainability or anything to sell itself on the higher price point, so it definitely felt a little bit like, "did i really just spend $80 on a white rock?" when i first received it. But again, the shape is so unique, and it feels more effective when using it, so i do feel like it is worth it if you're serious about gua sha. If you're a beginner and aren't sure if you'll stick with it, maybe save this for later and get a cheaper stone to start with. I included a photo for reference - i do have large hands. Hope this helps others who are confused about the pricing. No, this will not do your dishes for you or put your clothes away. Yes, this is a very unique, thoughtfully designed gua sha stone that should last for years and years.

This gua sha is the first that I have owned and it works very well. I was happy to see that Amazon carries the Mount Lai brand because it is an Asian female owned brand that I am proud to support! I purchased the stainless steel gua sha so that if I dropped it, it wouldn’t break. I have previously broken a jade face roller from a different brand by dropping it in my sink, so I figured better safe than sorry. The specific contours of the tool are perfect for my face and neck. The tool comes with a guide for how to use it which is very helpful for first time users. I would recommend this high quality tool to anyone looking to buy a gua sha for the first time!

I love this product. The quality is high level, along with great clear instructions and videos on how use Gua Sha techniques incorporating this tool. The stainless steel is cool on the skin, well weighted and very easy to clean!
