the textbook itself is great.
Exactly what I expected. The only thing there is no test booklet and answer key for this text without purchasing and expensive code. Otherwise, the textbook itself is great.

Simple to Implement but loaded with Extras...Be sure to by the access code from Holt McDougal!
We are using this textbook this year for 10th Grade Science in our homeschool curriculum. The text book is extremely easy to use with short 2-4 page sections for daily reading. Each section contains some simple review questions and some critical thinking questions. We purchased the text with the online passcode to access the resources from Holt McDougal. The website is not particularly friendly but it does offer the teacher's edition in a section by section download. It also offers active reading sections, quizzes, tests (standard and advanced), teachers resources and also application experiments for each section. There is no way we could fit all the extras in. This text has a simple flow, but we are surprised with how much we are both retaining. I have found it a bit tedious to download every file and worksheet, but I love the chapter reviews and summaries as well as the teacher edition pages to check answers. The labs are simple and extremely easy to integrate into our studies. Hope this Helps
