Q: From shop we get this Jaggery (500gram) for 65 ruppees, so why is it 199 ruppees for 2 with offer?

First of all, I would like to thank the person who asked this question. Because this would be a doubt that most of the customers have in their mind. You are right the price of the product is around ₹65 for one piece when we purchase it from offline stores. But,here it is the delivery charges that plays the major role. As our product is a grocery item, its charges are directly proportion to its weight. Likewise, when it comes to delivery charge it's almost equal to the price of the product . That means double the price. But if you guys compare the price on the basis of the products that are available in AMAZON, our product be the one which would be the cheapest. At the same time it would be top notch in the quality.

Q: Is it soft or hard in texture?

Hard in texture. But once you break it before opening the packet, then you can serve it in powder form. It is mentioned at the rear of the packet.

Authentic Jaggery taste, good flavour, clean , crystalline too

Everything is good just the price is little more around Rs. 150/- per kg should be comparative to the market trends. The normal jaggery is Rs 60/- per kg, the date palm jaggery is around Rs 200/- per kg.There should be a wholesale deal offering discount for 10kg order.

Great product, illegal pricing

The product is original Marayoor jaggery and tastes great, but the middlemen are gorging the prices. I am attaching the ones I bought for Rs. 65 from a big physical retailer, after being fooled into buying one from Amazon at inflated prices (not from this seller, but they all sell at very high prices it seems).Notice that all these guys give half a dozen pictures, but none would actually show the printed MRP, which seems to be available only for the ones we buy from physical stores.
