These were pretty good earbuds... until they broke only 7 weeks in! It's a shame because I was pretty happy with them.PROS:- I'm not an audiophile, but I'd say they had good sound.- Really great noise isolation. I can't hear a thing with these in, especially when using the ear hooks.- Volume control and multi-function button! Yes!- The magnets are really useful to keep the earbuds together. I don't have many issues with tangling even though it's a circular cord instead of a flat one.CONS:- There's a switch in the middle of the volume/mic/multi-function-button section of the cord, and I can't figure out what it's for. There are two settings: triangle and circle. I have no idea what that switch is for, but I keep it on the "circle' setting. Whenever I change it to the "triangle", it turns the volume up on my Samsung phone as far as it will go and won't let me turn it down. No documentation came with the product, so I don't know what that's about.- The microphone only works in calls. This isn't a huge deal, but it'd be nice if I were able to use it for other things like voice memos or Google Assistant.- I like the ear hooks, but they can be uncomfortable if I wear them for more than an hour. Would've been nice if there were multiple sizes, which I think is the problem because they were ever so slightly too large for my ears.

Updating Review 2/1/17: I now understand why they were so inexpensive...after about a month of use they are still working when I sit down but not when I am running on the treadmill or moving while commuting to and from work. The sound goes in and out and there are scratching noises. The volume button still works, but the mic and "next song" buttons do not. What a shame! I really liked these earbuds but will now be looking for new ones.........These are one of the best earbuds for the price. I love the ability to change songs and volume without having to take my phone out of my pocket. I also love that I am able to talk on the phone with these. Wish there were more colors, such as plain black, but I value performance over aesthetic so these will do just fine.

These broke within two minutes of opening the package. The extra silicone eartip pieces did not fit properly. When I attempted to fit the extra eartips onto the buds, the mesh speaker in one of the earbuds collapsed and now that earbud has stopped working! You definitely get what you pay for on this one.

After almost three weeks of little use, these headphones have developed a problem where my music randomly stops and starts as I walk. This also happens when I am on the phone and move with the headphones on. It is extremely frustrating for this product to have this defect, especially given how recently I purchased this item and how little I have used it. I am looking into the warranty to see if I can send this back to the company because there is NO way that this is acceptable.e

I purchased these in January of 2017. I posted a review and gave it 2 stars because the the ear tips kept coming off. They just won't stay. Customer service contacted me and offered to send replacements. Before the ear tips even arrived, the the right earphone broke! The wiring just pulled out of the earphone itself. Sound quality is nothing special. I informed Symphonized again about this issue. They are offering to send me a replacement. I was expecting these earphones to have way better quality compared to other brands I own, which I paid half the price, or even less. It has only been 5 months, and these things broke. Seller offered replacement for the earphones. I cannot update this review until I have tried the new ones.

Earphones were great for the first few days, until it started malfunctioning. After a week of use (with good care), they would spontaneously initiate Siri, play/pause the music, all sorts of things that wouldn't want to happen when you're trying to listen to one song. Great sound quality, and I like the idea of magnetic attraction, but it keeps acting on its own. I use an iPhone 6, it shouldn't be a compatibility issue.

I bought these earbuds, they worded great, sound was good and a month later they stopped working. First the left earbud stopped working and today the right one stop working. They were never exposed to rain or water of any sort. I used them most of the time while working at my office. Very disappointing.

They sound great. The magnet is weak but I didn't really buy for that feature anyway love the controls on the wire. Easy to change volume without having to touch my phone. Wish they came with different sized ear replacement covers. The ones sent didn't fit my ears. Luckily I still had my old ones.
