BUSTED the negative reviews big time! Ive used this for shredding cabbage, pulse mixing crumbly ingredients, and shredding various raw veggies into a veggie stew base. The price/ value is great. The only “trick” is getting used to how to properly line up and lock down the top.

The controls are weird, but I only use it for slicing and grating, etc. Anyways, it’s fantastic, but it broke ….. the plastic locking lip snapped off today as I was setting the top portion down. I need to buy a new bowl/cup for it. How do I reach them?

Had to buy this local as shipping lost it, but here is the review...Junk. Pure cheap plastic junk.I have owned several food processors, small, handheld, manual, electric, top end, and all in between.Thus is by far, out of 40 years of owning everything,.................this product alone ,...................Hands down, is garbage.Hard as hell to clean!!! Very unsanitary. Lame power. It starts out slow then winds up?!?? Weird. Buttons do nothing the speed dial already does. Confusing to use. Doesn't always want to start as it will not lock into operation mode. Cheap cheap plastic! This will crack in a matter of months I am sure. As for the master blade? It slips over the drive shaft and wobbles, acquires food under it, and is made with the -thinnest- cheap plastic. I can't see anything that will last in this product. The slicing blades have metal blades you change in them. That means you dont get a part to pop in the machine. You need to remove and replace tiny blades in the per say, cheese disk/slicer disk. You dont get them independent! Dangerous! And stupid. SHORT cord. Maybe 18"? Plan on buying an extension... More mess and hazard.I tried to puree garbonzo beans for hummus. It never did puree and only made my hummus mealy after 10 minutes of noisey opperation. Wow. Thats a first for me. I can say, the blade is oober sharp tho. So whats the problem? Tried to make pasta. 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 tbs oil, sprinkle water. In the large bowl, the pasta made the machine slow down and fight the motor. Really?!Junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junknjunk junk.........JUNK!!!! Go Quasinart . The only machine that will last you 20 years. Period.

The first one I recieved was broken and would not come out of the wrapping in the box. Returned it and received another one the lid is cracked in the middle where it attaches to blade post..BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT.

Unfortunately, I bought this machine over 30 days ago, but just now home to use it. There are several negative points about this processor.First of all the chopper blade does not securely engage to removeable center post. When it is set down inside processor it rattles around. It does chop, however not uniformly. Carrots or nuts will have large and small bits, unless you want pulp.Easy to clean? You are in for an adventure. When I tried to process a pie crust, the dough was inside and under chop blade and the tiny ribs on the spindle (totally unnecessary) are full of pie dough. It will not clean, unless using a toothpick up and down each rib.Tried to remove food from main receptacle, but there are clear plastic ribs that prevent this (3 of them). Splatula must stop at each one and wipe vertically, not all around the container.Also, handle is hollow, allowing soapy water inside, but unable to wipe dry. I can imagine what this will look like after using very much.Overall, very disappointed with this processor. I have an old Oster one that I’ve ordered parts for years ago, and although ugly, it is a better machine.Strongly recommend you not purchase this machine. If you do, use immediately as the return window is SHORT! 30 days.

I did enjoy using this product while it worked. However, while making a pie crust it stopped and will not turn on again! After only owning it for 3 months.

I've had my food processor since December and I've only used it 3 times since then. Today going for my 4th time to use it, I seen that the menu knob no longer works to go from the modes to the off setting. It's jammed and gets stuck when trying to turn it back and forth. I'm disappointed because I am literally the only person that uses it and I've barely used it for juicing, haven't gotten to use the other features.
