My children and I have natural hair that dries out fast, so a good product is essential. This mask smells amazing and leaves our hair super soft. A little goes a long way and people are constantly asking what smells so good. Definitely worth the money.

Ok, so here it goes! This product is definitely amazing. My hair is not the that healthy due to me dying it for over 15 years. I’ve gone from bright red to blonde from blonde to brown to dark almost black and then blonde again I’ve rotated these colors throughout the years so you can imagine. Purple shampoo left and right. My hair believe it or not has kept up quite well according to my hair stylist. Right now it’s blonde and long and this is why I felt maybe it was time to chop it off because I felt it was dry and dull and I’ve also been suffering from hair loss a bit so kinda of a “hair depression” lol anyhow before I made my decision about cutting it off I searched for a product that could probably bring my hair back to life and if it would happen that way then I wouldn’t cut it. I have also been on a search to buy more sustainable (green) wholesome products and I came across this product on IG and thought I would give it a try. Has some great ingredients. I didn’t have a hard time putting on my hair and rinsed off easily. I do feel that maybe there needs to be more instructions as far as usage of the product. The instructions are very vague. Maybe like how many times you should use this product and also do you use it from root to tips or maybe mid-shaft? As far as the product goes it WORKS, definitely does I saw a nice difference on my hair and I followed the instructions on the jar. My hair right after I rinsed it felt super soft and alive. The reason why I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the scent. The scent is off putting. I have noticed that a lot of these green, wholesome (organic) natural products don’t smell so great. I hope maybe in the future they can work on the scent. If I were to describe the scent it’s like an old man cologne mixed with talc. (No offense to old men) lol But like I said the product works. It’s like that nasty medicine or bitter tea that you don’t like but you it works that’s how this hair product is the smell sucks but it works.

I have very thick, dry and coarse hair so I thought being a natural product and a mask for deep conditioning this would be great for my hair. I put it on the scent was awful. I tried to add another Biolage conditioner to cover up the scent, but it was bad. Mind you the conditioner did make my hair soft and smooth, but the scent was terrible. I had three of my friends smell it to see if I was maybe a little sensitive. They all said it smelled like dirt and I have to agree. Sad because it did work well but I can’t handle the scent. Maybe if they put lavender essential oil in it, I may be able to tolerate it. ☹️

AMAZING PRODUCT!!! I have damaged hair and this product has really helped disciplining, nourishing, feeding my hair. Now my hair is shiny and soft - this mask has no silicone and contains ONLY the good stuff! Food for hair ❤️

I used this as a deep conditioning mask in the bath and left it on for 30 minutes. It's more clay than conditioner so it does not apply easily or smoothly. It doesn't feel like a smooth detangler when it's on and you probably need to apply more product than you need to due to its thickness. I'd recommend brushing your hair/combing your hair before applying. However, after I rinsed it out, it left my hair soft and smooth. It deeply conditioned my hair and rinsed out cleanly without leaving my hair heavy. It's what I've been looking for in a deep conditioner but I'm leaving it 4 stars due to how much you have to use to cover your hair.
