This mixture creates really lovely banana bread. I am not a vegan so I made it the non-vegan way with an egg. It was easy to make and has a lovely taste and texture to it. The banana flavour was really nice and has a nice soft texture to it and was not dry. I really like the way this turned out and love the price. I am sure I will be buying more in the future.

Cake was easy to make and instructions were clear. Nicer than some gluten free cakes and not gritty. Tasted good

My own fault for not properly acknowledging reviews or ingredients. This is just the sweetened flour and raising agent. You add banana, butter, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon (hilariously gives a list of other customisable ingredients like caramel and chocolate chips that it also doesn't include!). Bit of a let down.

But pricey but they came out good

false advertising no banana in it so it basically a plain bread mix it might as well be called raisen bread or coconut bread mix as you need buy and mash bananas yourself and could easy use raisens or coconut instead
