This supplement seems to be working well to keep me healthy. The listing was kind of vague as to what vitamins and nutrients are used in this supplement, but I still decided to go for it and I am happy with the combination of nutrients in this supplement. I wish that the serving size was only 1 capsule, it's kind of a pet peeve of mine, but I think even if you only took 1 capsule a day you would still get great benefits.

We opened the bottle and the first thing we saw was an empty capsule. Well, actually it was half a capsule. That raised questions about how many capsules were in the bottle. I counted and we only got 88, not the 90 the bottle was supposed to contain. My husband and I are health conscious and thought your product would be good for us. Now I am not sure.

Soon after starting taking this supplement, I had an enormous amount of diarrhea. When I stopped taking the supplement the diarrhea went away. What do you think I summarized from this?

Hoping this will help me avoid illness this winter season.NOTE: the serving size and ingredients actually differ from what is posted in the amazon listing.- Instead of 2 capsules, you actually need 3 capsules for the serving size.- However, you get 90 pills, so it's still a 30 day supply. And more pills can be nice if you wanted to take a smaller dose instead.- The amazon listing doesn't mention Copper, but the bottle says you're getting 110% of that nutrient as well.These discrepancies do make me question the quality of this product, but I'm guessing they changed the formulation slightly since the original marketing materials were made, and they just forgot to update them.

Good quality immunity support supplements. They are easy to swallow + are tasteless
