Bought these as I needed to latex a large floor by myself where walking through it and rolling at the end made the task easier with a better finish The straps were my concern - but they held on - diddnt slip and lived to fight another day!!!

Used these when laying a large area of self levelling compound. The idea is sound, to allow you to walk through the material and I suppose help aerate it to an extent, and the actual base plate/spikes feel quite sturdy underfoot. However, as mentioned in other reviews the straps are almost useless; they are far too long and the buckle itself barely creates any resistance. Ended up looping them around my feet and then using strong tape to hold them in place - not ideal! You also need to assemble the spike plates yourself; dead easy with the included spanner, but a bit time consuming. A few of the spikes had little burrs on the end which needed to be flattened off. Overall, did the job and for the money, they aren't too bad.

Shoes do the job but make sure the straps are adjusted correctly and try a few practice walks because they can feel a bit wobbly. I found it useful to use some masking tape to stop the ends of the straps flapping around

First off they arrived in pieces so you have to assemble them which is a case of screwing in all the spikes to the base. Next up is attaching the straps which took a bit of figuring out as there are no instructions whatsoever. Once constructed these did the job and I was able to lay self levelling compound without leaving marks. Not plain sailing though as the straps worked themselves loose a few times which was frustrating on a time sensitive job. Shame they were not better quality.

Strap broke on first use. The other foot slipped out of strap and not secure on feet. Manage to tie and do the job I needed but wouldn’t buy again or recommend

When pouring self levelling compound. These shoes are great. Keeps you clean. Just rinse after and your good for next job
