These are great. Not only are the absorbent, they also fit in my rabbit's litter box very well. The size of them makes it so much easier to clean his box.

Our senior cat decided to stop peeing in her litter box. We removed all throw rugs but needed something to go in the areas that she had decided were her new pee areas. We purchased a 22"x22" pee pad and while there was nothing wrong with the pads, turns out she needed a larger area, as she was only getting partial pee on the 22"x22" pee pads. My husband asked if there was a larger sized pee pad that we could try and I told him I had seen one that was 28"x34" and he asked me to order some up. Don't ask me why the extra few inches made the difference, but since we switched to the larger size pads, the pads are successfully providing the protection for our kitchen floor. We also noticed that the larger pads were just a bit more absorbant and that also ensure no leakage onto the floor.

We live in an apartment. We have an older dog. These work great, especially in the middle of the night. Pick up the wet pee pad in the morning and put in garbage and put a new one down. Never leaks through to floor underneath.
