Happy with the product

I have a few drywall scrapers (flexible and hard), some putty knifes, and a few heavy-duty floor scrapers. While each of these tools excels at its own job, it's not very helpful for little quick fixes, or as convenient as this multi-tool. My dad showed me the one he bought from a big-box retailer a year or two ago, and it was very nice; one edge is great at getting under edges and wallpaper and ripping it up, another edge is great for general scraping, you can use it as a putty knife in a pinch. Using it as a paint can opener is fine, but I usually keep a paint can opener with my paint cans, which is much easier to use. Using it as a hammer is simply ridiculous, in my opinion, but I guess in a pinch it would work. If I were doing any one of the tasks this tool does for more than a few minutes, I'd definitely use a dedicated tool. However, most times I just need to scrape and spackle one spot, or pop off something, touch up the area around it, then put it back on. This tool is perfect for the majority of the times I do drywall work. This tool is sturdy, the handle grip is comfortable, and it arrived quickly and intact. Highly recommended!

I really like Hyde tools - I had a scraper I picked up in college and still own more than 10 years later. These tools are made well and hold up to a lot of hard use! This multi-tool is great, and it's one of the tools I reach for the most. I used it to scrape wallpaper, open and close paint cans, pull nails out of walls, scrape off old furniture, open packages, and more! It's got a nice weight to it and just feels great in my hand. I like that this one has a rubbery feeling grip that makes it easy to hold on to. As an artist and DIYer, I use this tool for so many things and am happy with how well made it is!
