I ordered this for my teenage son for Christmas. Unfortunately a few of the keys didn't work, but I contacted customer service and they replied immediately and sent a new one out the same day , it works perfectly! So many settings, nice sound and he's loving the microphone. A++ customer service. Definitely recommend this keyboard and company!!

I purchased this for my daughter since she’s been watching TikTok videos lately on playing the keyboard piano. First, I would like to say it has a number of different options and sounds pretty sturdy and very helpful on selections microphone is good and my daughter loves it which is the most important thing had to get her some headphones because she had it on the maximum volume practicing. This is definitely worth my money and I recommend you to get your self one

I've only had it for a day so I can't speak on the quality over long terms but so far it's a great product. It's quite large but surprisingly lightweight and high quality, there are over a hundred instrument sound options which is a good thing except that a lot of them sound too similar and there's an annoying lack of other piano sounds, I was hoping for more diversity when it came to that but what you get is good for a beginner keyboard. It's also very loud and it doesn't remember what volume setting it was set to before it's powered off so when you turn it on again it's very loud and you have to change the volume to your liking everytime you use it. It has flaws of course but overall it's a good purchase and I would recommend for anyone that wants to learn to play!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas, we were looking for a basic play piano for starters and it works perfectly. Volume gets pretty loud and keys are easy to play. Perfect for beginners

My daughter has been taking piano lessons for the past 2 years and we have used this at home. It has served its purpose. It sounds really nice and great quality for the cost.

This product would be great for little kids, like under 5, who wouldn't know the difference between this and a $25 dollar kids' keyboard. I wanted to replace an old keyboard Ive had for almost 15 years, it was a beginners, 49 key keyboard that I let the kids play on for years and years that finally quit because I accidentally plugged in the wrong adaptor. This keyboard was an "upgrade", but by comparison to my old kids one, the sound quality is so, so awful that i have to return it. The same 16 tambres are programmed over and over again with different names, so the 150+ tambres is bogus. (Maybe its just a manufacturing error because I haven't seen any other reviews this.) But if the sound quality was even remotely acceptable I'd deal with the 16 tones and skip the review. But no joke the "piano" tone is worse than the little mini keyboard toys. I'd be satisfied with this product at $30, as the keys are nice and the key board has a good feel to it. But I just cant get over how horrible the sound is!
