the game i'm selling is actually brand new, with all pieces save 1 still in original condition

Q: What happens if you need more red dice than are included with the game? Reroll one or is there a cap on red dice allowed in your turn?

I have no idea, having ever played the game, I did skim through the rules and didn't see anything about it, There are total of 3 red dice if that helps.
