A prima vista sembravani 1n4148 non avendo il classico involucro trasparente. Ma ho controllato hanno la caduta di 0.320v tipica del germanio e funzionano regolarmente.

I chose these diodes because of their low volt drop.
Used them to limit voltage at the input to an Arduino. These diodes only drop about 0.3 to 0.4V, as against a silicon diode which would drop about 0.6 Volts.
