These sweets are made using erythritol and aspartame. They are ok if doing dirty keto. According to the company's website per 100g there are 17g carbs of which 9.4 are polys. These are 50g bags so there 3.8 net carbs per bag. I enjoy them as an occasional treat.

I can’t remember. I threw the lot as it was tasteless. I’ve enjoyed other no sugar sweets better than this.
