I rec'd my purchase of the Korean Name necklace a day before Easter!!!! Just in time to gift to my daughter for Easter! It is a very nice necklace!!! She loves it! It came with a polishing cloth. I ordered silver, it was more on slightly thinner make, and the top and bottom part of the engraving letters were not polished so that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. But all in all, it came earlier than expected, and looking at it straight on (as we often do anyhow) it is beautiful. This is something she will enjoy wearing "every day". It is very nice and I am glad to have purchased it!

There were no instructions on how to spell non Korean names in Korean.

My mom got me this necklace as a Christmas present. She doesn't know Korean, so she just put my name as "India" in English. Originally, we received a necklace with "인도" which is the translation of India. However the sounds are not the same. We got in touch with company and they told us to send the exact 한글 spelling and we did. They sent a new necklace with the correct spelling.I really like the necklace and that you can also customize the color and chain length.

Water resistant and chain is durable.
