Great product I am anemic so it does the job and I'm not experiencing constipation.

They are ok. Only compliant I have is the white film on them taste like chlorine.

I was recently diagnosed with anemia and originally bought 1,000 mg of vitamin C and a separate iron supplement. The adverse effect from these supplements made me so nauseous and anxious. I bought this because of the much lower dose of vitamin C, and I love the convenient two-in-one. I will continue to keep buying!

I took it and I didn't finished the whole bottle. In two weeks or less my levels of iron where on a healthy level. I suffer from anemia every time I get pregnant so I have to stock up on iron pills, but these by far have gave me better results than the nature valley ones from Walmart. I definitely recommend them!
