I have a weights bench already that's all signing all dancing, but needed something a bit less fancy for some exercises (i.e.: no bits that get in the way). This was nice and cheap so got it ordered. It came almost 100% assembled which was a nice surprise. I had difficulty getting the central pin in at first and thought I might have to drill or sand, but I think it was just the paint as a bit of a bang with the palm of my hand sorted it ans it's been fine since. It folds down and goes back up in seconds which is very convenient mid workout (think I could collapse this quicker than I could add plates to a barbell!) The elasticated attachments provide virtually zero resistance and I would say they are totally pointless, but I never anticipated making use of them anyway so it didn't spoil the experience. Got this bench super cheap; £45 inc shipping - it was easy to put together (less than 5 minutes) as it's mostly pre-assembled. Very portable; folds up well; it's reasonably comfy - feels strong.

Weighing in at a powerful 300 lbs, I have never felt more secure pushing heavy weight on a bench. This exceeds any bench, I use in my local commercial gym. Solid and at £60, it's the bargain of the century. It also folds away for easy storage.

The central bolt wouldn't go in because the hole was misshapen. I had to use a drill to wear away some of the metal so that the bolt would go through. Also, part of the leather looks worm. But, despite all that, the bench is actually pretty good. Easy to assemble and fold away and feels sturdy enough. Maybe I just was unlucky with the one I bought.

Great bench. Very sturdy and dead simple to adjust the angle of the seat back. I like the foot rests too, they're a big help in terms of anchoring your legs when lifting and also help when pulling yourself upright. Absolutely no complaints and fab value for money
