Take your time, read the book and study the pictures to make sure you get your positioning correct, this will ensure you don't put any undue pressure on your back, neck etc. When we get something new we all have a tendency to rush in and use it without reading the instructions fully first, please don't do that when you get this book, as I can honestly say that if you follow the instructions to the letter you will be amazed at how quickly you begin to see genuine results.

Best resculping exercise programme In my opinion.
I found Callanetics in my 20's and loved it, after a long break from exercise decided to give it a go again and I can honestly say it is the only programme that really does re-shape my body. Great exercises!
Great book, with some new exercises. I have been using Complete Callanetics previously so I thought I would try this for some advanced exercises. Callanetics has several new exercises and some new ideas for the exercises from her previous book. I would recommend this book.

Effective excercises.
I have had these books in the past, first time over 20 years ago. I had to rebuy it few times due to moving. My mother begged away my last copy. I hate all type of excercise because I feel hopeless with no visible result on the short term. Not with this book. Already doing the excercises once have results, even if you wont see it you will notice it when buttoning your jeans. This is the advanced version you should start with Callanetics.

Excellent - I love it! I've lost 6 inches off my waist and 5 inches off my hips since August 2014 doing super callanetics. It really works if you stick at it.
