L'ho usato sotto l'amaca per tenere zaino e scarpe a portata di mano, fantastico e leggero, per ora molto resistente e chiuso molto piccolo nello zaino, per la seduta come in foto non ho ancora provato, aggiornerò la recensione, preso acqua tutta notte con schizzi dal basso verso l'alto e poi pioggia fine con vento ha tenuto bene tutto era asciutto all'interno.

One of my favorite gifts for kids. I have a few nephew's who love to go camping. I like to sleep in a hammock when I camp, and the kids are always so jealous that they don't have hammocks. For Christmas, I got them these and they went nuts for them. I had originally gotten it for when I camp in the rain to hang my gear under my hammock which has a rain fly. but soon found it to be an amazing seat and way to keep my stuff out of the dirt. Since I found that It held me so well, I got it for my nephews. I am happy to know once they outgrow it as something they can lay in, it'll still be a great gift because they can use it as a seat and gear sling. Really solid unit, light weight, durable, and I love the added features like the guyline Tensioner that just make this really cool.

I bought this gear sling because it's cheaper then whats out there but also claims to hold much more weight and it can be used as a chair. I took the gamble and it turns out.... it's good but, you need to make a few modifications. Well worth it in the end because this can now hold at least 200 lbs, after modifications. When I receive this I immediately hung it up and stuck my pack and some other gear in it and low and behold; wonderful! It holds everything and I can also access it whenever I want without getting out of the hammock, beautiful! So then I decided to try it out as a chair... that didn't go so well. I weigh 195 lbs, somewhere in the comments I remember seeing the company stated that the paracord could hold 200 lbs, you just need to use some other equipment to set up the hammock as a chair. Well, I didn't us anything different; and I sat in the sling. I should say I very, very, slowly sat in the sling. I totally felt sketched out but it was holding for a few seconds and I was like "See; it's hol..." SNAP! and my butt hit the ground. The string/paracord busted! It's not very good cordage unfortunately, so don't try that, LMAO! Modification Part OK, so I actually bought a few other things that make this much better. First off I changed the cordage to 6' on each side using 550 black reflective paracord and restrung the hammock. Then I replaced the red tensioners that came with the hammock with stainless steel tensioners of the same style. Now this gear hammock can hold much more than 200 lbs and actually be used as a mini hammock/seat without anything extra such as hammock straps and carabiners. I do want to mention that the fabric looks to be strong and in great condition as well as the stitching after sitting in it a few times testing this thing out. I also fell asleep in it and it never broke. I'd say that's pretty cool! This hammock gear sling is triple stitched at the ends, so long as the stitching holds your good. Recommended!
