I started having digestive issues. Nausea, stomach discomfort etc. Eventually, after much investigation, I found out I had an ulcer. Nothing I had taken helped...I was miserable. I discoverd NOT to take any NSAID'S AS THEY MAKE IT WORSE!!! I generally shy away from drugs unless necessary but the discomfort was so distressing that I was taking some NSAID's but discovered if I needed pain relief...stick to dissolvable Paracetemol...which would not irritate my ulcer. I also took OLIVE LEAF, as recommended because a common cause of gastric ulcers can be from Helibactor Pylori bacteria. However, the constant nausea and discomfort was very unpleasant so I started taking SLIPPERY ELM about 30 mins before a meal. It forms a mucilage type protective coating and was such a relieve for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *****

I bought these because I was weaning myself from omeprazole, that my doctor had kept me on for over 12 years, so when I stopped I suddenly had terrible heart burn. I was recommended these and I have been taking 2 per day not 1 as I take one in the morning and one at night but still need to take rennie in between..

Better than using Omeprazole more natural and does the job.

I take them daily as I suffered with gallstones and gallbladder issues all my life , so cannot eat large amounts of highly fatty foods. This protects my stomach when doing so on the chance that I do eat some I'm not sick

I think these capsules are a good alternative to the powder. Powder can be difficult to take as it’s unpleasant. I’ve no idea about the claims made for health benefits. I can say that the capsules aren’t giant in size. The bottle is good value as you take one a day with food and there’s enough for over 6 months.
