Q: It states Fragrance as "what's in it". What chemicals make up the Fragrance? Fragrance usually has questionable ingredients. I like green products.

Call the company and ask them if they have an "MSDS" sheet on this product. By law, any liquid containing hazardous chemicals must have one of these. MSDS MEANS "Materials Safety Data Sheet."

Q: Is this biodegradable to use in an outdoor sink?

The label says, "Contents are biodegradable."

Q: Will this product remove rust from stainless steel boat rails?

Not sure, I've only ever purchased and used the dish soap.

Q: What is the difference between the all purpose cleaner and the all surface cleaner?

I haven't noticed a difference. I know the multi-surface cleaner says its for non-porous surfaces. I suppose if there was a difference it would be that the all purpose did every surface.
