Will not recommend
Purchased on December 10, 2022. The product warranty ran out on Jan 31, 2023 and "support" for the docking station expired on Mar 13, 2023. Had I known... I would not have ordered. I was shocked when I realized it did not have at minimum, a 6-month warranty or return availability. On April 14, 2023, my computer system, which I use daily for work, started showing an issue. Only one, but enough to draw concern. My main monitor screen began going on and off. It was not power related, as in it was not turning on or off, but the screen would go black and then would flash back to what I was working on. This is a problem because I have a lot of "live" contacts with customers and associates which require me to have access to all information at my fingertips. After unplugging the monitors, rearranging, and then hooking up directly to the monitors themselves, I was able to diagnose the issue was the docking station. I immediately looked up my purchase to see what my options were and once I discovered the less than subpar time on returns and support, I now have to shop for a replacement and will not recommend this one to anyone.

It Just Works
Tried using a much cheaper docking solution (under $100) and video would not work (monitors and webcam). Our tech support recommended this brand of dock and using an older model to test, it worked for us and so we bought this newer version and it worked too. This worked with two monitors using HDMI, power charging works through USB-C (make sure you have a computer that can be charged using USB-C), webcam, wireless keyboard, and speakers powered by USB. Laptop model we are using: HP Pavilion 15t-eg (Windows 11).

Great for multiple displays out of a laptop, especially for gaming!
I purchased this docking station to not only increase the amount of displays out of my laptop, but to increase the overall ports on the laptop in general. This device provides 6 extra USB 3.0 ports, 2 HDMI ports, and 2 Display ports to be used with your laptop or PC. It was very easy to set up and it acts just like any monitor extension would for any other PC or laptop. In my case, it was a great way to hook up my two gaming monitors, my audio mix amp, my keyboard and my mouse all to one hub. There was no issues with delay or stuttering when playing any video games that require high performance, so no need to worry about using this with a gaming laptop as well. Being able to come home and plug one cable into my laptop to do work or play games instead of plugging in 5 different cables is EXTREMELY convenient. This docking station is certainly worth the price and very helpful!

A good hub but requires special software for external monitors to work
It’s a nice and sturdy USB hub with it’s own power adapter that can charge your devices and your laptop. Unfortunately it’s monitor support is built around DeviceLink technology which requires special software that captures your screens, compresses it with a special video codec and sends over USB to hub, where it is being decompressed back and sent to monitors. I personally don’t like extra overhead put on my system, on one of my monitors it lagged (mouse movement wasn’t smooth). Also, I do not feel comfortable having some third party software constantly recording my screen.Eventually returned and went for hub that connects to laptop with two USB-C cables thus supporting two monitors natively (on both Intel based MacBook and M1 Max).
