I bought this item in Sep. For the first one and a half month, I felt it was perfect product. However, one day I realized that shower hose was detached from shower head like the picture. Since then I am using it by taping it around.(Update) The customer service sent me a new one immediately! I am now satisfied with their service so much.

To be honest, I bought this just to make it easier to rinse off my shower doors. I absolutely love it and wish I had bought it years ago. It has double the settings of the shower head it replaced and you can shut the water off right on the head. That would be perfect for washing pets! The hose it long enough to reach everywhere in the shower and it installs without tools. No leaks first try! Buy one!

Needed a new head in since mine is sprung a leak. Love the spray options and how easy it is to switch, there is even a spray OFF setting to use if you need to do something without water spraying.

Our old shower head had horrible pressure and only one setting worked. I have very thick hair so it took forever to wash. This thing is amazeballs! Super easy to install. I really do like all of the settings although I usually use the one it’s auto set to. Nice length on hose so I can take it down and spray the walls and floors before getting out to avoid grime build up. I know the price seems sketchy but it really is the best shower head I’ve had!

I bought mine based on many good reviews on here and other home stores sites. My partner says he feels like he is getting a massage with his shower. It immediately solved our pressure issues. I love the length of the cord, it means I can reach all of the shower easily for cleaning. It also came with plumbers tape and spare parts. That's a nice bonus!
