The cable was fine, the radio not so much
This is a dedicated cable to program the specific radio. The cable was fine. The radio was poorly designed and did not perform well and was returned.

Works as it should
Easy to use but finding the software is a little bit of a challenge. Once you find the right software for the radio it is very easy to use. I programmed a Anytone 5555 mobile and love it.

This cable will not fit the newest version of the AT-5555N II 10 Meter Amateur Radio.
This cable connector is NOT for the latest "updated" AT-5555N II radio. It's for the previous version. The newest, and latest iteration of the AT-5555N II amateur radio requires a standard "Mini-B USB Connector Cable" for programming via the downloadable software from the AnyTone website. It doesn't use a micro usb connector cable, and it certainly doesn't use, what ever this is. Again, this is not the correct connector for the latest release of this amateur radio. I am returning this cable as it is NOT the correct end connector.
