Excellent quality. I initially bought these to try to replicated Waffle House hash browns and was not disappointed. This is actually a reorder for me and I have every intention to keep these in stock in my pantry. Easy to prepare - just soak in hot water 12 min drain and fry. Excellent!

These are great for when kids want to have a bigger breakfast. We used to go out for breakfast but costs have been going up a lot so now we tend to cook in a lot more. These are a great hack to make a diner style breakfast at home with some over easy eggs and bacon and or sausage. Just add hot water (I just boil it in the electric kettle) - let them sit for 10 minutes, drain the water (I use a salad spinner to finish drying them) then drop on a lightly oiled pan and let them fry. Add salt and other seasonings to taste and done. These keep for a long time too. The items I received were stamped use in the next 9 months so maybe not for 'prepping' but in the past I have used them a year after expiration date once or twice no problem.

Love these hash brown potatoes. I use them at home and always keep some in my emergency stash. They come out fluffy and good. Great with a big breakfast.

I like to add Better then Bullion to the water to flavor the potatoes. Want quick hash browns? This is the best way to go! Perfect for camping or in your RV.

I initially was turned on to these for camping trips because they are so convenient and don't require any refrigeration. Now we get them just to enjoy at home. Easy and delicious. This packaging makes it great to have on standby in case of an emergency and the power or fridge goes out too. Tech Tip: After they soak for the 12 minutes in the closed carton, turn it upside down and let any excess water drain out.
