Great for cooking and high temperature frying
I defenitly cant comment on the ingredients as who knows what is inside. But the oil performance for quicking as in tolerating the heat is good. Perhaps packaging could be better since the convex form to the opposite side of the handle sometimes make you to use more oil than what you need.
