You can squat heavier
Amazing knee support to keep your knees safe from injury as well as it gives you extra push if you are into heavy lifting during squat. Heavy as in 100+kgs. Product's material is of top notch quality therefore its totally worth the price.

Velcro of starps is a bit shorter

A perfect companion for squats
So i have been meaning to buy this since a really long time and wow it didnt disappoint. I borrowed by friends Wrap of the same brand and i wanted to get one for myself as well and this didnt disappoint

Length is too short.
It's like it was made for kids. The length is too short than standard sizes for these types of bands. Extremely uncomfortable for larger legs/knees.

A big confidence booster while going for super heavy weights
This is definitely a worthy product to get if you frequently hit progressive overload. This smooths out the movement of your knees and helps in going for more and more. This has helped in reducing the pain in my knee joints, so definitely a much needed gear in a daily workout routine.

Will be a good guard : support
Product is extremely use full while doing squats & leg press ..... It makes your knees feel strong & also give you a push to stretch your legs once it bends while exercising

Doesn't give support
You need to apply it as tight as possible or else it'll slip with minimal movement. Also it CAN NOT BEND. It DOES NOT BEND with your knees as you squat down so provides you with no support. Ends up cutting into your legs. The material is too thick so it doesn't bend at all.
