Great book
I like this book. It’s good for planning training and working on techniques in each discipline. It gives training plans for various length triathlons from sprint to half iron. I’m new to the sport and would recommend this to anyone looking to start or improve.

Really useful book to help me with my first triathlon. Bought for me as a gift and can recommend. Whilst I am a novice I can appreciate there are tips for all levels. Except maybe the Brownlees.

While the content is more than satisfactory, the actual production of the book is interesting, especially as the fixed cover is on upside down to the rest of the contents inside the book. Literally the whole of the book is upside down and back to front from the cover. Somewhat quirky!!!!
