5 Months and Dead
This device is only 5 months old and is already dead. Our professional IT team has determined that it's corrupt and we have to get a new one. Horrible experience for something that costs $500.

No Power Suppply!
The product was advertised to include a power supply and ethernet cable. Neither was in the box.I now need to purchase a separate 12V power supply.

I purchased this product and finally installed it only to find out is locked and only the original purchaser from ruckus can help so if you buy this you can not get technical support from ruckus
