Much like many of the other reviewers, I couldn't STAND the taste of these at first. It truly tasted like eating blood/pennies. I'd have to plug my nose to swallow them. But, as my blood tests results got better (they definitely work) – I stuck with them. I've been consuming them now for about ~4 months and I'm not sure what changed but now they taste GOOD. They no longer smell bad or taste bad, they just taste like a sugary gummy. I wouldn't say they're 'tasty' compared to the O Positive gummies I also take (which are delicious) but now they're perfectly digestible and most importantly, they work!

Iron pills leave a nasty taste in my mouth. The gummies are a great solution.Pros: soft and easy to chew with a pleasant berry taste. Doesn't leave an after taste.Cons: I think some may find the berry too tart.

I started ordering these a couple months ago when my doctor told me that my iron levels were low. They taste pleasant and seem to boost my iron levels to an acceptable level. My only complaint is that every container I’ve gone through has an odd amount, and never exactly 60 like the package suggests. Next time I order them I will count them, as I do not know if I am getting an extra gummy or being shorted one.

We were checking out some iron supplements for my wife’s pregnancy when I chose these. I thought the taste was fine, but my wife says they tasted like “human and blood”. If she could give zero stars for flavor she would. After she tried one the after taste made her vomit uncontrollably. I thought they tasted fine and just had a slight iron aftertaste that went away fairly quickly. You would think someone told her to drink a gallon of pig blood or something. Anyways, I thought they were fine so I’ll just take the rest.
