I didn't know what to expect....but in 3 days I experienced what a lot of meds and docs could not do...in just one item which was constipation of the past two years and my husband mushy BM due to very serious ulcerative coltis......We both are experiencing miraculous differences PLUS we just feel better...I don't know what else I could want from this little pill but I am sure ....BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE.....

I recently added this (hyaluronic acid) and saw palmetto to my Healthcare regimen. I had read somewhere that when these were teamed with Hydrolyzed Collagen (full of amino acids) it would really help the hair to be fuller, the nails stronger and the skin fuller and more youthful. I have already been taking a Hydrolyzed multi-collagen product for years for my joints. Not sure yet about youthfulness but I can tell after 3 weeks that it is definitely doing something for my skin! I have many long deep white scars that are puckered and can limit motion from accidents. After 3 weeks of this combination I suddenly noticed I could fully extend my elbow! All the puckering was gone and the scar is thinning out (getting more flush qith the rest of my skin) I am so excited and so is my family! Very happy with this product! I wish I could remember where I read the info because I would definitely share the link!

I found this brand to be inferior. My former brand called for 200mg a day and worked far better. Really.

I got this to see if it would help with my dry skin issues and my occasional knee pains. So far (2 months), I think it's been helping. I haven't had to take Tylenol for my knees and my skin doesn't look as dry.

No more joint pains!

As for my skin. It was noticianle after taking the 2 the first night. I could see and feel a change in my skin. Highly recommend. And I'm a licensed Esthetician in Atlanta.

Uncomfortable to swallow due to width.

Since using this supplement I've seen a decrease in my restless leg symtoms. Im now of the needs for my restless leg syndrome. Not sure what else it's been helping with but so far it's been great.
