The way the compartments are slanted, the hooks slide down into the groove . They stay in place better and are easier to pick out without getting hooked.

Must have for crankbait storage
This is a must have if you’re a avid angler. I’ve loaded up 2 boxes with different crank baits. One with KVD 1.5 squar bills and the other with some Berkeley diggers, both 8.5’s and 6.5’s and they fit just fine. I even stacked some extra crankbaits in one box with no issues... say goodbye to tangled treble hooks.
